Ricoh responds to customer demands with new printers
Office supplies manufacturer Ricoh has confirmed that it is to roll out a series of new and affordable printers. According to the company, many of the features included in the devices have come about in response to calls from customers in a recent survey. The latest models are mid-range multifunction devices which feature a variety of enhancements.
Users will be able to benefit from print speeds between 28 and 50 pages per minute, both in colour and in black and white mode. In addition, the paper capacity will be wider than that offered by previous models, as it includes innovations such as glossy paper mode.
Chas Maloney, marketing director at Ricoh UK, commented: "Our new colour ranges offer increased functionality as we have listened to what our customers want and developed these machines to meet those requirements." The company recently confirmed that it has entered into a partnership with IBM, which is intended to allow them to pool their resources to create new innovations.
