Xerox 'responsive to customer needs'
Bosses at office supplies manufacturer Xerox have commended the company's efforts to meet customers' expectations.
Rick Dastin, president of Xerox Office Group, said the firm is committed to developing products which satisfy the needs of its consumer base. He highlighted its receipt of industry awards in the last few months as an indicator that it is giving its customers what they want. "We develop products that adapt to the customer - not the other way around," he commented. Mr Dastin added that the success of this philosophy is apparent when one looks at the accolades it has received during the last few years.
For example, Buyers Laboratory Incorporated recently honoured several Xerox printer models for their technical innovation and outstanding colour image quality. The organisation also rated Lexmark International highly during its recent award ceremony, handing it gongs for both its laser and monochrome printers.
