Spicers and P1 announce New Talent Academy 2

Spicers and P1 Training and Development are pleased to announce the next dates for their graduate recruitment and training program – The New Talent Academy 2 (NTA2).

11 new graduate sales trainees began the first NTA training program in early January and will continue throughout Feb and March as part of the intensive ‘business ready’ training content created by P1.

The second program will commence on April the 9th and a further 12 places are now available. Interested Spicer dealers are encouraged to book their places early as the first NTA proved very popular and will, as before, be conducted on a first-come-first-served basis.

The NTA allows dealers a cost-effective way to recruit new talent to their businesses and for them to receive a comprehensive 16 day inclusive skills training program to ensure their recruits hit the ground running, able to deliver results straight away.

Tom Rodda, Sales and Marketing Director for Spicers says “I really couldn’t more pleased with the response and feedback for the first NTA – both from the participating dealers and the graduates themselves. This is a new ground-breaking value added initiative from Spicers and P1 and sits perfectly with our goal of helping our partners deliver sales growth. I know we have a growing number of dealers interested in the program and I believe this will be a popular and rewarding initiative for all of us. I would encourage any dealer looking to bring new talent into their business and grow sales to look at the NTA, it’s a first class program”

Nick Miles from one of the UK’s fastest growing dealers JKL Solutions in Hertfordshire has taken 3 places on the first course and now plans more for NTA2. Nick says “This program is great for us as we want to grow our business. We have 3 really good talented trainees going through their training now and the feedback is great. The NTA gives us the opportunity to bring in sales skills from a broader market without the worry of spending time getting them up to speed and business ready. We’ll take at least another 2 for April as a result if not more”

The NTA is an exclusive Spicers-P1 initiative and Spicers partners have the option of the full recruitment and training program (including a full candidate assessment process) or just the training program option. Both are backed by an easy payment plan too. Full details are available at www.p1td.co.uk or via your Spicers account manager. Any interested dealers should contact P1 Training on enquiries@p1td.co.uk to receive a full information pack.
