DDC SYSTEM FAILURE

Please be advised that the DDC had a technical track failure yesterday evening. Whilst I am pleased to advise that the on-site engineering team resolved the matter, there were a number of parcels which were not despatched due to missing the FedEx cut-off times.

Customer Service staff at DDC will be contacting those dealers affected this morning.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.
