Spicers Obligated WEEE Products

Are defined as 5 Star and Compusessary Branded EEE click here, which is marked with a crossed wheelie bin within the scope of the regulation, or;

Any EEE from other producers being replaced with one of the above Spicers obligated products. 

Affected products

The WEEE Regulations apply to EEE, which falls within the 10 product categories and 3 sub-categories listed in the WEEE Directive: -
1. Large household appliances
2. Small household appliances
3. IT & Telecommunications equipment
4. Consumer equipment
5. Lighting equipment
6. Electrical and electronic tools
7. Toys leisure and sports equipment
8. Medical devices
9. Monitoring and control instruments
10. Automatic dispensers
11. Display equipment
12. Refrigeration equipment
13. Gas discharge lamps

Spicers has the responsibility to provide a method of collection for our Own Branded products. Our obligation is for 5 Star and Compusessary Branded equipment and products only.

Any other WEEE is the responsibility of other producers, you need to contact their compliance scheme for a free recovery of their obligated WEEE

Arrangements can be made via your local Customer Service Centre for the collection and return of any of our obligated EEE products free of charge.
